The Accelerate Programme is designed for leaders who want to go further, faster, with added accountability and support between sessions.


What’s included:


  • Pre-session coaching questionnaire for clarity and context.


  • 5 structured one-to-one online coaching sessions (75 minutes each, held fortnightly).


  • 1 end-of-programme online reflection and action plan session for maximum impact.


  • Mid-point 15-minute check-in call for extra accountability.


  • Reasonable email support between sessions.


Investment: £2500 + VAT

  • 50% payable upfront
  • 50% payable at the mid-point
