My approach is based on flexibility, as I believe this works in business and people management. For you in the solutions provided, for your people, and in how we work together. I work flexibly so that you receive the advice when you need it most. Plus, I like it that way!
I work with you to understand exactly what you need from an outsourced HR Partner so that you only pay for what you need at that point in time.
You will not reach a helpline but will speak with the same fully qualified and insured, legally trained HR Consultant on all queries. This means I gain a thorough understanding of your business, and people in order to provide the highest level of service for you.
Monthly retainers start from £100 per month, and I do not agree with lengthy contractual tie-ins. If you find the retainer service does not work for you, I only require 1 months’ notice, not the 12 months or even 3 years required by other consultancy firms.
Advice is primarily provided remotely so you receive the advice when you need it, and I can also attend in person where required within the Southwest of England.

Having qualified with a Law degree, post-graduate diploma in Law, and a Masters degree in HR Management, I understand the fine balance between managing people issues effectively, and minimising legal risk to help your people keep doing what they do best for your business.
I have significant experience in advising, coaching, and training business leaders and managers at all levels across a variety of sectors in all aspects of HR Management. I am passionate about understanding what makes your business tick, quickly building lasting professional relationships, and delivering high quality long-term solutions and advice as an authentic, flexible, and trusted partner to your business.
I set up Flexworks HR as I could see there was a lack of flexible outsourced HR solutions for those businesses starting to grow and take on their own employees when they need advice the most. My role is to work with you to make sure you have the right foundations in place, and then help to support your business growth at every point of the employee journey.
Having worked in corporate HR roles I have also identified a need for HR4HR support. As a legally trained HR Consultant I am well placed to understand the root causes of tricky employee issues, support your managers, and make recommendations for resolving and avoiding similar issues arising in the future, reducing legal risk along the way.
